Biden administration eases restrictions on Venezuela and Cuba
The White House has announced plans to pull back on some economic sanctions on Venezuela, as well as lift Trump-era restrictions on Cuba that limited travel and visa processing. CBS News' Ed O'Keefe chats with Juan Gonzalez, a special assistant to the president and senior director for the Western Hemisphere on the National Security Council, about these changes on "Red and Blue."
