Biden ‘happy to go straight around’ Manchin and Sinema on a filibuster carve out for abortion if Democrats win in November
In a meeting with Democratic governors today, NBC News Correspondent Josh Lederman reports that President Biden signaled he is “happy to go straight around” objections from Sen. Manchin and Sen. Sinema over a filibuster carve out for abortion rights if the party is able to win two seats in the Senate and hold onto the house in November.
