Biden rolls out plan to battle coronavirus pandemic with new executive orders
President Biden signed several executive orders as he rolled out his plan to fight the coronavirus pandemic. Mr. Biden is sticking with his goal of 100 million vaccine shots in his first 100 days in office, and his plan included using the Defense Production Act to accelerate the making of COVID-19 tests and vaccines.
