President Biden is spending the Fourth of July holiday weekend at Camp David after a week abroad working to strengthen NATO even as challenges mounted at home. Meanwhile, former president Donald J. Trump is expected to soon announce he will be running for re-election in the 2024 election. NBC’s Josh Lederman reports for Sunday TODAY.
