Biden threatens personal sanctions against Putin as tensions grow over Ukraine
Russia is showing no signs of decreasing its military presence at the Ukrainian border despite Russian officials saying they have no plans to attack. President Biden is threatening sanctions against President Vladimir Putin if his country moves ahead with an invasion.
