Congressman Ritchie Torres on House-passed voting rights bill
The Covid relief bill is one of three major pieces of legislation making its way through Congress this week. Another – H.R. 1, the voting rights act championed by the late John Lewis – just passed the house. Congressman Torres and MSNBC’s host of “American Voices” Alicia Menendez discuss what Democrats need to do to get Senate Republicans on board.
