The video is miscaptioned. It shows Cruz speaking at three unrelated Senate committee hearings. Sen. John Kennedy and Rep. Adam Schiff are not visible or mentioned in the video.
Video unrelated to caption
Depsite the post's caption, the video doesn't show Kennedy, a Louisiana Republican, or Schiff, a California Democrat. No one in the video mentions the two lawmakers or Hunter Biden.
The first clip shows Cruz, a Texas Republican, speaking at a January Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing. During the hearing, Cruz questioned Victoria Nuland, the under secretary of state for political affairs, about countering Russian aggression.
The second clip features Cruz speaking at a Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation hearing on Feb. 15. In it, he is shown criticizing Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg for not reforming the Federal Aviation Administration.
Fact check: Video shows Sen. John Kennedy questioning Stacey Abrams, not exposing Hunter Biden
The final clip shows Cruz questioning Anne Milgram, administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration, about drug enforcement efforts in the U.S. during a Feb. 15 Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing.
