Gen. Milley: Russia's Military Buildup Largest In 'Recent Memory' Amid Ukraine Tension
"It does feel different." During the Department of Defense's press conference on Friday, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley cautioned that Russia's recent buildup of military forces is "larger in scale and scope...than anything we've seen in recent memory." As of Friday, tens of thousands of Russian troops have massed on Ukraine's border, setting NATO on edge.
