Mar.03 -- New York Governor Andrew Cuomo says he's not resigning amid duel scandals and apologized for making women feel uncomfortable. Cuomo, a third-term Democrat, has been accused publicly by three women of inappropriate behavior, including two former aides and a complete stranger. He spoke at a briefing in Albany.
