Hakeem Jeffries Vows To 'Push Back' On Extremism As Next Democratic Leader
Rep. Hakeem Jeffries was voted to succeed Speaker Nancy Pelosi as House Democratic Leader in January. Jeffries issued a warning to his Republican colleagues Wednesday: "We look forward to finding opportunities to partner with the other side of the aisle ... But we will also push back against extremism whenever necessary."
