Harris won't weigh in on parliamentarian's decision against minimum wage, says Biden advisor Brian Deese
The House of Representatives is preparing to vote on President Joe Biden's $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan on Friday. Brian Deese, director of the White House National Economic Council, joined "Squawk Box" on Friday to discuss Democrats next step in their push to raise the minimum wage.
