'Help is on the way': Biden on Senate passing 'desperately needed' Covid relief bill
President Biden delivered remarks and said "help is on the way" after the Senate voted 50-49 to pass the Covid relief bill including $1,400 stimulus checks, $300-per-week jobless benefits through the summer and $34 billion to expand Affordable Care Act.
