January 6 committee in talks with former Trump AG Bill Barr
Former Attorney General Bill Barr would be the highest-ranking Trump administration official to testify before the January 6 committee. Though he resigned weeks before the attack, Barr’s information would still be relevant to the committee’s investigation, as he says he confronted the president about claims of a stolen election.
