Kamala Harris to visit Africa as part of U.S. effort to strengthen ties with continent
The Biden administration is pushing to strengthen ties with several Central African countries. Vice President Kamala Harris will kick off a trip to the continent this weekend. CBS News political contributor Ashley Etienne, who used to be Harris' communications director, discussed the significance of the trip with Errol Barnett and Elaine Quijano.
