Lindsey Graham: Lowest Navy Budget In 'Modern History' Is Not Acceptable
During a defense spending hearing, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina laid into Navy and Marine Corps officials over what he saw as a lack of spending on the nation's maritime arsenal. Graham started his line of questioning by saying, "You made a comment about [how] you're OK with the next 10 years, in terms of funding, for the Navy. Well. I'm not."
