More Than 35,000 People Have Used This Pastor's Digital COVID Vaccine Religious Exemption Form

Oklahoma pastor Jackson Lahmeyer created an online form for people to exempt themselves from COVID-19 vaccine mandates for religious reasons. Lahmeyre said more than 35,000 people have used the form so far, which requires a religious leader’s signature to certify, and said he will sign forms if people are unable to obtain a signature. In order to get a signature from Lahmeyer, people must be a member of his church through a donation. The pastor’s form comes as President Joe Biden unveils vaccine mandates that will impact more than 100 million Americans, and as health officials warn that some may try to use religious exemptions as vaccine mandate loopholes.
