As loved ones grieve the students and teachers killed in a mass shooting in Uvalde, Texas, support is pouring in. Jaclyn Schildkraut, an associate professor of criminal justice at the State University of New York-Oswego, joins "CBS News Mornings" to discuss how to support the survivors and victims.
