  Donald Trump announced that he "informed John Bolton last
  night that his services are no longer needed at the White House.
  I disagreed strongly with many of his suggestions, as did others
  in the Administration."

  Bolton's abrupt firing comes after reports in 
  The New York Times that he pushed back on Trump's idea to
  host the Taliban for peace talks at Camp David the week before
  9/11. 

  Before becoming Trump's National Security Adviser, Bolton led a
  decades-long career as a foreign policy hawk, and was one of the
  key architects behind the Bush administration's 2003 invasion of
  Iraq. 

  The Trump administration has been rocked by high-profile

  2017.
