Rep. Dean: Trump 'lit the match' that caused the Capitol Hill riots
Congresswoman and impeachment manager Madeleine Dean (D-PA) tells Andrea Mitchell that President Trump “lit the match,” causing the riots at the Capitol on January 6. Dean also pushed back on the notion that impeaching a former president is unconstitutional. “And we do know, number one, it is constitutional because the text of the constitution is not just about removal as a result of impeachment and conviction but also future disqualification. The framers knew very much the threat of mobs and demagogues," she said.
