Report on Uvalde shooting response shows officer missed opportunity to fire at gunman
A new report released on Wednesday found that a police officer armed with a rifle missed an opportunity to fire at gunman while he was waiting for supervisor's permission. The report was done by a training center at Texas State University for active shooter situations found. Janet Shamlian has more.
