Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer to retire after this term
Liberal-leaning Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, who was appointed by President Clinton, is retiring at the end of his term in June. Kim Wehle, a professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law, joins "Red and Blue" to speak about the justice and what his retirement means.
