Supreme Court shifting faster, farther to the right each ruling
NBC News’ Pete Williams reports on how the Supreme Court’s recent rulings demonstrated a fast shift to the right. The high court not only upheld Mississippi’s law banning abortion after 15 weeks but also overturned the constitutional right to abortion. In another ruling, the Supreme Court struck down New York’s concealed-carry permit law and also said all gun regulations must have historic roots.
