Surgeons continue heart operation in Kyiv after Russian missile strike cuts power
Doctors continued with heart surgery on a child in a Kyiv hospital on Nov. 23 after a Russian missile attack on Ukrainian infrastructure knocked out the power. Local media reported the child recovered from the surgery.
