Texas official: Police made 'wrong decision' by waiting to breach classroom during Uvalde shooting
While offering details on the Uvalde shooting, Texas Public Safety Director Steven McCraw admitted that police officers made the "wrong decision" by not breaching the classroom earlier during the shooting where 19 students and two teachers were killed.
