Texas Synagogue Seige: What To Know As FBI Identifies Malik Faisal Akram As Hostage-Taker
The FBI identified on Sunday the suspect in the Texas synagogue standoff as Malik Faisal Akram, a 44-year-old British citizen. Akram, who was originally from Blackburn in Lancashire, England, was killed in a shooting shortly after the last hostages ran out of the synagogue at around 9 p.m. All four hostages were unharmed. Police in the UK detained two teenagers in connection with the incident
