Who Is George Alan Kelly? Arizona Rancher Charged In Killing Of Mexican Man
George Alan Kelly, a 73-year-old rancher, was charged with first-degree murder in the Jan. 30 killing of a Mexican man believed to be 48-year-old Gabriel Cuen-Butimea. Butimea lived just south of the border in Nogales, Mexico and was found dead on Kelly's property in Kino Springs, Arizona.
