Marilyn Manson Sued For Alleged Sexual Assault Of A Minor

Another lawsuit has been filed against Marilyn Manson by a Jane Doe who claims she was sexually assaulted by him when she was a minor. This comes after actress Esme Bianco settled her 2021 sexual assault lawsuit against the musician. Doe claims the sexual assault began when she was 16 years old and continued into adulthood. The woman claims that Manson “performed various acts of criminal sexual conduct" on her when he invited her on his tour bus in 1995. Doe claims that the alleged assault, grooming and intimidation continued for years and she became addicted to drugs and alcohol. The lawsuit also names Interscope and Nothing Records as defendants and accuses them of negligence and infliction of emotional distress. Doe is seeking damages to be determined at trial. In a statement, Manson’s lawyer called the claims “fabricated” and said the singer “does not know this individual”.
