Breaking: Mosby violated gag order

A Baltimore City Circuit Court judge on Friday found State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby violated a gag order in the Keith Davis case. At issue was Mosby's direct response to an Instagram post on July 5 that asserted Davis is innocent and should not be tried for murder a fifth time. With the gag order in place, Mosby replied: "You really support believe everything you read." Davis' defense suggested a list of sanctions during the hearing. The judge ultimately decided on a $1,500 fine that Mosby can avoid paying if she complies with a new, more strict gag order that lasts 90 days and applies only to her.
