COVID-19 hospitalization data drives decision-making, experts say
Johns Hopkins University experts said Maryland's hospitalization data set is impacting the lives of millions in the state. After hitting a pandemic peak on Jan. 11, COVID-19 hospitalizations in Maryland dropped for the past nine consecutive days. Even if you've never set foot inside one, hospitals are likely having an impact on your life during the pandemic through data collection, according to a panel of experts on a virtual forum hosted Friday by Johns Hopkins.
