Family in Ukraine tell Marylanders they fear worsening conditions
Marylanders speaking with family in Ukraine recount dire conditions as thousands of people have fled since the start of the war. WBAL-TV 11 News was with Karina Mandell when she reached out via Skype to her cousins, Dimitri and Natasha Osnaych, who are now back home in Kyiv.
