Howard County police work to launch body camera program
The Howard County Police Department is working to launch a body camera program. The department is training hundreds of uniformed officers on how to wear and use the new state-of-the-art cameras. The body camera program for the county's police department has been in the works for more than five years and now they are finally able to bring it to fruition.
