Lawmakers propose curfew for certain Baltimore businesses to combat crime

Maryland lawmakers have a new proposal -- a curfew for certain adult clubs and entertainment venues. Lawmakers said the effort could curb Baltimore City violence. 'The Block' refers to businesses in the 400 block of East Baltimore Street. The legislation introduced to the Maryland General Assembly wants those businesses closed by 10 p.m. each night.
