Stuff a Trailer collecting care packages on Armed Forces Day
Saturday is Armed Forces Day, and a group in Carroll County is looking to give back with the Stuff-a-Trailer care package drive. Donna Babylon with the Babylon Vault Co. explains who they're collecting donations for.
