Biden Says US Is Committed to Indo-Pacific for the Long Haul

President Joe Biden speaks in Tokyo about the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework (IPEF), a sweeping economic pact between a dozen Indo-Pacific countries and the US designed to counter China's influence in the region.
