Challenge yourself with an EMOM workout

Have you ever tried an EMOM workout? This stands for every minute on the minute: The goal of this workout is to have 60 seconds to complete X amount of reps per move. For example, there is 20 reps for sumo squats. If you finish 20 reps before the 60 seconds is over, then you have whatever time is left within that 60 seconds to "recover" before moving on to the next move.
