The new multimillion-dollar facility will feature a large primary care practice along with specialty services and a lab for quick test results. It will employ physicians, advanced practice providers, registered nurses, mental health counselors, speech pathologists, medical assistants and support staff.

“We’re making this investment so that the children of Northern Kentucky can receive world-class healthcare even closer to their homes,” said Dr. Steve Davis, president and CEO of Cincinnati Children’s. “While the focus will be on primary care, we will also offer a variety of subspecialty care options.”

It's not clear how many people will work at the location.

The new medical building will be 25,000 and will be built to allow for future expansion if needed.

Construction is set to begin next year and open in 2024.
