FEMA disaster recovery centers to close in some Central Florida counties

Some disaster recovery centers across Central Florida will be closing in a few days.
Sign up for our NewslettersThe following Federal Emergency Management Agency centers are set to end operations on Tuesday, Jan. 31:
Lake County
- First Baptist Church of Astor
Flagler County
- Flagler County Fairgrounds
Seminole County
- Seminole State College
Though the deadline to apply for assistance after Hurricane Ian damage has passed, you can still ask questions about your application status.
FEMA said residents impacted by damage Hurricane Nicole have until Feb. 13 to apply for assistance.

The FEMA helpline remains open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. each day.
