Two firefighters were working above the garage when the floor beneath them collapsed.

"They fell into the garage and everything that was on that floor above fell on top of them," said Cumberland County Public Information Officer John Bruetsch.

The department issued a mayday call to help the two trapped fire fighters. Eventually, more than 70 firefighters were on scene, including a rapid intervention team.
