From face mask use to capacity restrictions, some of the safety protocols for the pandemic differ, depending on where you are.

For those who want to report a concern about an Orange County business, officials ask that you first try calling 311. If you cannot get through, try going online, HERE.

In Seminole County, if you have a concern about a business not following safety guidelines, call 407-665-6650. CLICK HERE to access Seminole County resources about COVID-19 safety concerns.

In some areas without a countywide mask mandate, it's more complicated.

Brevard, Polk, Volusia and Sumter county officials said they do not have a dedicated county resource available for residents to report businesses that they deem unsafe.

A spokesperson for Marion County said they do not have a county-run resource but that residents can call this number: 352-644-2590. That is the Department of Health in Marion County.

Lake County also does not have a mask mandate. Lake County officials are advising residents to contact their local law enforcement jurisdiction or the Lake County Sheriff's Office. CLICK HERE to view the Lake County Sheriff's Office website.

People can also file a complaint through the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. CLICK HERE to access that website.
