Kavanaugh asks if case would limit state court power
Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh, during Supreme Court oral arguments on Dec. 7, questioned why the petitioner in Moore v. Harper seemed to “go further” in limiting the power of state courts in elections than Bush v. Gore.
