WOBURN, MA — The Massachusetts State Lottery's North Shore regional office is moving from Woburn to Lawrence, the lottery said Tuesday.

The lottery will close its office at Woburn's 11 Cummings Park at noon Friday.

The new prize claim and retail center is Stadium Plaza in Lawrence.

The new location will open Monday at 8:45 a.m.

Prizes up to $100,000 can be claimed at the North Shore regional office, but prizes over $100,000 must be claimed at the lottery's headquarters, 150 Mount Vernon Street in Dorchester.

The regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

“The Lottery is excited to be joining the greater Lawrence business community,” said State Treasurer Deborah B. Goldberg, who chairs the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission. “This new retail space will allow us to offer an even more enhanced customer experience, and we are delighted to be doing so in such a growing and invigorated city.”

“We appreciate the support that local officials and business leaders in Lawrence have expressed in welcoming us to their community,” said lottery Executive Director Michael Sweeney. “The Stadium Plaza location is easily accessible from several major roadways and offers plenty of parking for our customers.”
