NYC mayor vows to use gun-identifying technology to stop subway violence
Following an unprovoked fatal shooting on the New York City subway, Mayor Eric Adams promised to implement technology that could identify guns to keep the city’s subway system safer. Adams noted the technology he had in mind are not metal detectors.
