Oklahoma police captain asks officer to turn off bodycam during DUI arrest
An Oklahoma police captain was caught on video asking an officer several times to turn off his body camera after he was pulled over for reckless driving which led to his arrest for driving under the influence. NBC’s Morgan Chesky has the details.
