Operation Gratitude makes care packages for DC police injured in riot

Operation Gratitude is partnering with the Washington DC Police Foundation Wednesday morning to assemble care packages for 60 Metropolitan Police officers who were injured during the pro-Trump riot last week. 

Operation Gratitude will also provide 15,000 care packages for National Guard Troops in D.C. for the Inauguration

The care packages will include letters of gratitude, Starbucks gift cards, paracord bracelets and snacks among other things.  In addition to going to injured officers and the National Guard, about 3,800 care packages will be delivered to First Responders.
