Police: Texas Elementary School Shooter Accessed Building 'Unobstructed'
Texas Department of Public Safety Regional Director Victor Escalon said on Thursday that 18-year-old Salvador Ramos who opened fire at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas was "unobstructed" and entered the building through an "unlocked door". The motive for the shooting still remains unknown at the moment, but authorities believe Ramos had "no known criminal or mental health history."
