Rep. Swalwell files civil suit against Donald Trump over Capitol invasion
The Senate “punted” when it failed to convict Donald Trump for his involvement in the Capitol invasion, says attorney Phil Andonian. He represents Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) in a new civil suit meant to “hold Donald Trump and his inner circle accountable” for their actions that led to the Jan. 6 insurrection.
