A caller reported someone riding along the creek on a motorized scooter around 3:30 p.m. on March 21. There were concerns that the rider might fall into the creek, although the caller did note that he or she was wearing a helmet.

Police could not locate the suspect, who was last seen heading toward Roundwood Road.
