Russia welcomes China’s ‘proposals for resolving’ war in Ukraine, Putin says
President Vladimir Putin welcomed Chinese leader Xi Jinping to the Kremlin just days after the International Criminal Court charged the Russian leader with war crimes in Ukraine. As Putin greeted Xi, he said he welcomed China’s plans for “resolving the acute crisis in Ukraine.”
