Russian missiles strike in Ukraine kills at least 21 civilians
Russian missiles destroyed a twelve-story apartment building and a nearby recreation center overnight in Odesa. Rescue workers are desperately searching for survivors. The strikes killed at least 21 civilians and injured 38 others, according to Ukraine’s emergency services. The attack was one of the deadliest for Ukraine civilians since the war began.
