The Satanic Temple of San Antonio is hoping to help take care of costs for menstruation supplies for residents in need.

The group, which said it does not worship nor believe in Satan or the supernatural, is hosting the first-ever "Menstruatin' With Satan" drive across the city.

“Menstruatin' with Satan” is a campaign that aims to make menstruation products available to all people in need, especially those who may not be able to afford them without assistance," a post online reads. "Menstruation is a non-optional physical reality for many people, and the continued stigmatization of menstruation is harmful to everyone. Through product donations, Menstruatin' with Satan provides menstruation products for distribution to those in need."

Donations of new, unused tampons, pads, wipes and cups are accepted. All collected items will be donated to local abuse shelters and organizations in need of them.

Those looking to donate can do so online, through Amazon, or stop by drop off locations including the "ALE Satan" meeting on Nov 17. Businesses who would like to host a donation box at their establishments can contact the group. The Satanic Temple is also able to provide boxes without any Satanic imagery. The drive launched on Nov. 3 and lasts until Dec. 3.

Though the group employs devilish motifs including calling San Antonio "Satantonio," members do not worship Satan. Co-founder Lucien Grieves described the religion as "A non-theistic movement aligned with Liberty, Equality and Rationalism," according to the website. It operates under seven tenants which include striving to act with compassion toward all creatures with reason and respecting the freedoms of others.

The group said it is not associated with the Church of Satan.

"Our main goal is to simply help those in need," an organizer told mySA.com.
